Pre-new years eve dinner

Just a little starter before it becomes serious!

*** Sautéed spinach with apple cider, sour apples and a dash of cream, garnished with shrimps fried with garlic and peanuts.

*** Roasted pork tenderloin marinated in maple syrup-vinegar and lemon, served with roasted root vegetables, rosé mushrooms á la crème and a creamy clove sauce.

*** Chocolate soufflé
